Frequently Asked Questions
Pain tolerance varies by person and placement. Fine line tattoos are
generally less painful than traditional tattoos since they use a
single needle. Most clients describe it as a scratching or vibrating
sensation. I use numbing cream if needed—just ask!
First, fill out the booking form on my website with your idea,
preferred dates, and placement. I'll review your request and reach
out within 48 hours to schedule a free consultation. A $50 deposit
is required to confirm your appointment.
You must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued ID.
No exceptions. This is for legal and safety reasons.
Yes! I can design a cover-up for an existing tattoo. The success
depends on the size, age, and colors of the original tattoo. Send me
photos during your consultation so I can assess what we're working
with.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please give
at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours
notice or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. This protects my time
and allows me to serve other clients.
Get a good night's sleep, eat a substantial meal before coming,
avoid alcohol for 24 hours, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable
clothing that allows access to the tattoo area. Don't shave the area
yourself—I'll handle that.
Initial healing takes about 2-3 weeks. The tattoo will look fully
healed on the surface, but the deeper layers take about 4-6 weeks to
fully settle. I'll provide detailed aftercare instructions to ensure
optimal healing.
All tattoos fade over time, but fine line tattoos age well when
properly cared for. Following aftercare instructions, avoiding sun
exposure, and keeping the skin moisturized will help maintain crisp
lines for years to come.
For safety and focus, I typically work alone with my clients.
However, I'm happy to accommodate special circumstances—just ask in
advance. Children under 16 are not permitted in the studio.
I accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and credit/debit cards. Payment is
split between the deposit (due at booking) and the remaining balance
(due at end of session). Tips are appreciated but never expected.
